Unit Profile (Administration ) / Functions:

  • Administration/Settings/Functions: Ability to set "validity dates" for functions in administration.
  • If a validity period is set for a function, the ability to assign the function is tied to this setting (the date from-to when it is possible to assign the function)

Unit Profile/ Bank Accounts/ Contacts:

  • Unit bank accounts (originally a separate tab in the unit profile): moved to the Contacts (Units) tab. Others retained.

Unit Profile/ User Roles:

  • Added the ability to filter user roles based on:
    • Levels – user roles at a given unit level or even from subordinate units
      • Filtering enabled by default – user roles assigned at a given unit level (excluding roles from subordinate units)
    • User role name
    • Unit type
    • Unit/subunit name
  • Added action in the three-dot menu: Go to unit profile (redirects the user to the unit profile in which the user role is assigned)

 

Person Profile / Membership tab :

  • Added the ability to edit a person's Organization Membership History (action available and tied to a separate authorization)

Person Profile / Notifications tab :

  • New Notification type: Personal development – new request for approval
  • Adjusting the logic of unit selection for sending individual notifications from units to which the user has authorization. A àuser with a user role selects specific units for which he wants to receive notifications.

Person Profile / Settings tab :

  • Implemented functionality to prevent unauthorized account manipulation - information/emails sent when changing the registration email or password.
  • Added summary section: Account status, with a visible overview (account status and information about the last login and where it is possible to perform the corresponding actions related to the person's TeePee user account in one place, according to permissions.

Profile of Persons, Users in the unit, Legal guardians in the unit

  • Added the ability to delete a person's TeePee user account without having to delete the person's entire profile or use the block action (the action is still available for selected use and temporary blocking of the user by the system or administrator)
  • After deleting your TeePee account:
    • Deleted user teepee account (person's profile and current status in the organization remain unchanged)
    • Deleted all links ) connections ) to TeePee account

 

Person Profile / Tabs: Achievements, Education or Award tab:

  • Adding a new record in the Achievements, Education or Award tab is subject to approval by an authorized person (administrator with permission to edit, approve or reject the request/record.
  • After a record is created by a regular system user without specific permissions, the new record will be marked as pending approval (until the administrator takes the appropriate action.
  • After performing the appropriate action: approval, rejection, or modification of a "record awaiting approval", the user is notified of this action by email.
  • Note: adding new records is not subject to approval if the record is added by an administrator (authorized person).

Administration / Settings / Email:

  • Added new types of emails, automatically sent to system users when changing email or password:
    • Email sent to user when email changed (to old email) – email change made by user
    • Email sent to user when email is changed (to new email ) – password change made by user
    • Email sent to user when email is changed - change made by administrator
    • Email sent to user when password is changed
  • Added new types of emails, automatically sent to system users when a unit administrator modifies, approves or rejects a record created by a user (in the Achievements, Education or Award tab)

Administration / Settings / Notifications:

  • New Notification type: Personal development – new request for approval (sent to authorized users – administrators who have this notification type enabled/enabled)

Administration / Settings / Mailchimp

  • Editing the "obligation" of the API key field and related settings - can be canceled (delete API key) for / delete related settings for sending news.

Administration / Settings / Consents:

  • Added the ability to define your own age/limit for displaying consents or declarations.
  • Note: the option to set and make consents/declarations available according to the set minimum system age remains intact.

  • New permissions related to added functionalities in version 1.6.3
