  • Programs  displayed date “Achievement Date” in parentheses

[Adjustment] Reports / People

The original column Unit (list of all active memberships of a person) was split into:

  • Unit (list of all “regular” active memberships in units)

  • Main Unit (the unit where the person has their primary membership)

[New] Reports / People: new filter “Units without subunits”

  • Allows filtering/displaying only people who have primary or regular membership directly in the given unit (without showing people from its subunits).

[New] Reports / Units: new column

  • Added new column “Number of people under the unit”:

    • Currently shows the number of all people from the given unit and its subunits who have primary membership there.

    • Note: (in version 1.6.2 this number will be extended to include all people in the unit and its subunits regardless of primary membership).

Final Reports from Events

  • After approval of the final report (only when status = Approved), it is no longer possible to edit the event details.

  • Increased character limits for goal (3000 characters) and program & evaluation (4000 characters) in final reports.
