[New] Events – view

  • Change of the displaying of the lists of Events and Final Reports in individual tabs in the Events module to paging.

[Improvement] Authorization to create events - selection of the Unit

  • When creating and editing an existing event - for the Unit field (Unit for which the event is organized / or which organizes the event) added control against permissions: For a user with permission to create events or edit selected events, in field “Jednotka” are only units for which has been authorized to create "Events in Unit / Add" events.

[Improvement] Modify the rules for displaying selected information about people in events

Attendees:

  • To user is shown time stamps (date of adding the person to the event), if he is the author of the event or has the authorization "Events in the Unit / Modification" for editing the events of the given unit.
  • To user is shown contact details (phone number and email - if the person has them filled in their profile) for persons to whom he has the authorization "Person profile / View". If the user has the authorization "Event Attendees export", the contact details of all registered persons at the event of the unit in which this authorization is assigned are displayed.

Invited:

  • To user is shown time stamps (date of the last invitation of the person to the event), if he is the author of the event or has the authorization "Events in the Unit / Modification" to edit the events of the given unit.
  • To user is shown contact details (phone number and email - if the person has them filled in their profile) for persons to whom he has the authorization "Person profile / View". If the user has the authorization " Event Attendees export", the contact details of all invited persons at the event of the unit in which this authorization is granted are displayed.

[Improvement] Date validations

  • When creating a new person and selected actions: Add to another unit and Change primary membership in the unit, added date check: selected The start date of the new membership must not be older (earlier) than the Creation date of the unit where this new person membership is created.

[Improvement] Search for Registrations

  • Possibility to filter registrations for terminated units in the unit registration list.
  • Read more in the section: UNITS / Individual and collective registration of members.

[Improvement] Change of unit for which a private event is organized.

  • Added control of registered / invited persons at a private event during its editing: If the unit for which the event is shared is changed during editing of a private event: the list of registered and invited persons is being checked. If this list contains persons who are not members of the new unit (or its subordinate units), the user will be notified and asked to remove them (ongoing check identical to when changing from a public event to a private event).
