Improvements and New features of system Tee-pee

[New] Events - New Permissions, Bookmark, Actions, Fields and information displayed

  • Added a new "Invited" tab with a list of people who have been invited to the event with the same filtering options as on the Attendees tab.
  • New individual and group actions "Add to event" (people will be added to the event) and "Invite again" (invitation to the event will be sent to the people again). Added the ability to invite people to the event through "plus" button.
  • New permission "Event Attendees export" for displaying icons and export / saving Export of event participants and Attendance list.
  • Added a new field when creating / editing an event: "Link to online event".
  • Event detail: added switch button: Whether the event is shared only within the unit or for everyone.
  • Event detail: added switch button: Whether the event is shared only for members (Paid fees) or for everyone.
  • Administration / Events / Settings: new setting (switch button) "Adding people to a public event", which allows you to choose whether the author / admin of the event can add all persons to public events or only persons to whom he is authorized.

[Improvement] Unifying the logic of adding and inviting people to events

  • Private event: the admin / event author can add, remove, add to the event a person from the list of invited all active persons from the unit and its subordinate units for which the event is organized.
  • Public event (if the adding of all persons is allowed: the administrator / author of the event can add, remove, add to the event a person from the list of invited all active persons in the organization (regardless of permissions).
  • Public event (if the adding of only persons from the units to which the user is authorized is allowed: the administrator / author of the event can add, remove, add to the event a person from the invited list only active persons from the units to which he is authorized (note: availability of persons from subordinate units depends on whether the user roles are in units without or including subordinate units).
  • Public event with open registration: it is possible to invite all active persons with a Teepee account, regardless of the rights of the author / administrator of the event to specific units and regardless of the settings in the section: Administration / Events / Settings / Adding people to a public event.

[Improvement] Events - Inviting and Adding People to an Event

  • Inviting and adding people to the event is tied to the permission of the Event in the Unit events / Modification.
  • The author of the event (with the right to create events) can invite and add people to the event (even without the Event in Unit / Modification authorization).
  • The author / admin of the event can add people regardless of the status / openness of registration for the event. (Persons can also be added / removed for an event with a completed registration option).
  • Invitation of persons is only possible to Events with open registration.

[Improvement] Performance enhancements for the Event Module

The following modifications have been made to increase the speed of the system in the Events module:

  • The data and filtering in each tab works separately.
  • For the "I'm going" tab, the available filtering parameters are limited to: Units and Event start.
  • Final reports: removed the ability to view the calendar and create a new event.
  • Other technical adjustments to increase performance.

[Changes] Events

  • Event Information: Modified the design of the display of event information and its reordering.
  • Add, Invite, Login, Logout buttons moved to the Information tab.
  • Print Attendance List option moved next to individual actions (top right).
  • When changing the event from public to private, the system also verifies the list of invited users.
  • It is not possible to add or invite people to a cancelled event.

[Improvement] Legal Guardians

  • Treatment of the possibility that it would not be possible to be "himself a legal representative". (If the child's registration email and the Legal Representative's email match, the system will not allow you to invite the legal representative to Teepee - it will notify him that the email needs to be changed).

Bugs

  • Fix to a displaying error of the deleted Unit type in the main menu.
  • Fix to an error when editing existing consents in the administration.
