Improvements and New features

The "Registrations" tab in the Administration / Settings is renamed to "Registration types" and a new tab "Registrations" will serve as a place where an administrator can set up the following:
- Editing of Registration names (editable/not editable).
- Registering only people with allocations in the selected Unit, or consider all members who are in the Unit even if they don't have an allocation there. Creating a new registration through a bulk operation (possible only when people with allocation in the unit were selected).
Possibility to filter Registrations by the registration period, name, and Unit
A new tab "Settings" is added to the Unit profile where it will be possible to set up a default Fee type. If the fee is not set for a unit, the default fee is taken from the parent unit. The setting of fees has new permission requirements.
When creating a new registration, there is a new possibility to register for more than one reg. period. It is possible to register people who have a current allocation in the Unit set for the current date. After registering a person to some future reg. periods, the system takes into account the current allocation and assign the Registration to the Unit with an allocation. In case that the person would change the allocation over time, the registration in the old unit with allocation will not be affected.

Users can see info about the full hierarchy of the Unit this user has an allocation to so that it is easier to figure out where are they from. The Units are clickable.

New filters added to reports sections
- Person Reports: Active (people with allocations in the Unit) / Inactive (people without allocations in the Unit)
- Units Reports: Active (units that are not terminated) / Inactive (Units that are terminated).

Users with permission "Person user email settings" can also change the username, not only the registration email
