Improvements and New features

[NEW] ADDING DATE VALIDATIONS

For the following actions, date verification functionality has been added:

  • Termination of membership within the Organisation: (Profile>Membership) (Units>PeopleUnderUnit)
    • Membership termination date > Start of membership date
      • The validation that the termination date must be older than the membership start date is applied to individual actions through the people's tab in the Unit. This validation is not applicable in bulk action because the start date is of membership can be different for each person
  • Changing allocation (action Move): (Unit:PeopleUnderUnit...ActionMove)
    • The end date of allocation in old unit > Start date of allocation in the old unit
    • Start date of allocation in new unit > End date of allocation in the old unit
      • The validation that the move date must be older than the membership start date is applied to individual actions through the people's tab in the Unit. This validation is not applicable in bulk action when using action Move because the start date is of membership can be different for each person. 
  • Finishing allocation in the unit: (Unit:PeopleUnderUnit...ActionMove)
    • The end date of allocation > Start date of allocation (valid for termination a move actions)

In general, it will not be possible to set any dates for actions in the future.

[NEW] GDPR CONSENTS IN REPORTS (Reports>Filtered Persons)

  • New filters available: "Given Consents", "Revoked consents", "Not given consents"

  • New separate columns for each consent, with the status of the consents "Agreed", "Revoked" and "Not given" 

  • After confirming, in the column of eg. Agreed consents you will see concrete Consent names separated by ";", this way the user will see directly what consents are in what state for a certain person. The dates of granting or revoking consent are displayed in the brackets after the Consent name.
  • If consent was given and later on revoked, it will be shown in the "Revoked consents" column. It will not be shown in both "Given Consents" and "Revoked" consents. The reports are reflecting the current state of consent status. 
  • A new column with "NS" status

[NEW] ADDING TYPES FOR QUALIFICATIONS / AWARDS AND POSSIBILITY TO CHANGE THEM (Profile>Awards +Qualifications)

  • A new option for defining categories for Awards and Qualifications (same as in Achievements).
  • In the administration of qualification/awards, when on a page with qualifications/awards, after clicking on the individual action (...) at a particular qualification/award, a new option "Change type" appears

 

Bugs

  • It is not possible to activate an LG account in his profile – Unable to see the ‘Activate’ button when activating an LG account profile 
  • Problem with saving Date "Member Since" – When a member is created via Electronic Form, Member since the date was saved incorrectly. 
  • A new child created via LG - Record in the Membership history has not created 
  • Active membership records are on the bottom  - The membership records in the Membership tab of a person are shown on the bottom of the list even though they are the most recent records (should be displayed on the top chronologically). 
  • GDPR export - undefined name in the export.
  • Other small bug fixes
