Improvements and New features

[NEW] Person termination when excluded and dead (UserManagement>Terminating.....)(Units>PeopleInTheUnit)

  • When terminating a person whose type of termination was "Excluded", the system terminates also Qualifications --> the "Valid to date" will be set to the date of termination of membership. 
  • New field "Excluded until" when terminating a person's membership in the organisation. If a member was excluded from the Organisation, it is possible to set a period until when this person can not be restored - this can be different for different members.

  • New permission "Restore person (no matter the termination reason)" to allow to restore every member, no matter the Termination type if it was "Excluded" or "Death of a member" (Permissions>People)
  • *The termination info detail in person's profile --> shown in the three dots menu in the top right corner (this will be available to read-only with permission for Restore person) (Profile>Data + Units>PeopleInTheUnit...Termination)

Bugs

  • Personal Data Setting Bug – When unmarking some Personal data settings and the refreshing/moving to another page this was not saved.
  • Problem with user’s emails – System Error upon entering data regarding Parent when adding a member to the Unit
