Under the People tab in the Unit, you can search for people in the Units and their subsidiary Units. The display of people depends on the user's permissions on the units as well as the system settings. Through the people tab, it is possible to add a person to a unit, change the primary membership of a person, terminate membership or collectively assign a selected award, program or qualification.
There is a possibility to assign a Function that a person fulfills within the Unit. This can be done only by a person who has the administration rights to edit this specific Unit and its Functions. In the Functions tab in the Unit, you can search for people in the Units and their subsidiary Units using the name, surname, member ID, PESEL, a primary contact e-mail, or registration email.
In the User Roles tab, the user can view a list of selected historical members of the unit. (List contains only inactive members in the organisation.)
