Improvements and New features of system Tee-pee

[NEW] Online Manual link for TeePee application

  •  Added respective links to TeePee applications directing users to the online manual from a person's profile, the link is situated in the main menu under the option to logout. This is only available for users with the correct role assigned. (Read more in Profile / A Person's Profile)

[IMPROVEMENT] Registration Fees:

  • Modified the ordering of fee types (fees related to the creation of registrations) in fee lists in alphabetical order.

[IMPROVEMENT] Creating new people in the system through a Legal Representative

  • The possibility to send an electronic application to the organization forto the Legal Representative will depend on the minimum system age set in the Administration / Settings / System section. (Read more in: UNITS / People in the unit.)

[IMPROVEMENT] Legal Representative Profile

  • After creating a new Legal Representative profile, modified the display of a preset profile image to a more universal avatar.
 

 

[IMPROVEMENT] Missing LG section in Registration Form

Updated the behavior at which Legal Guardian input sections appear in the Online Registration Form generated by creating a under age member.

[IMPROVEMENT] Reports/Units: Bank Accounts

Updated to show only a unit's Primary Bank Account in reports, if no account is selected as Primary then nothing will be shown regardless of how many there are applied to the Unit.

Change to revert incorrect label and checkbox style

Bugs

  • Fix to several columns where an incorrect label was assigned to fields.
  • Fix made to correctly display date and status upon a change in the status of a registration.
  • Fix made to deactivate ranks when adding a new one from outside a specific person profile (I.e. from a unit page, multiple people at once)
  • Fix to when revoking a consent a person profile will change upon refresh and you are still able to re-accept consent.
  • Fixed when completing a task with a recently terminated unit a 500 error page is not shown, rather a validation check takes place.
  • Fix to where dropdown boxes were restricted to the pop-up windows they were generated in. Now able to extend beyond those borders.
  • Fix made to where parent unit name was not showing for attendees in an event.
  • Fix to statistics page to only display active units regardless of status on the date selected in the report.
  • Fix to various validation inconsistencies.
  • Fix to an issue inviting new members
  • Fix to "Logging into Teepee not safe"
  • Fix to "Login – form is not secure"
