Improvements and New features of system Tee-pee

[NEW] Railway Card field in Profile

  • The addition of ‘Railway Card’ field to be available in a Users’ ‘Data’ tab and Reports. Also, able to toggle viewing of the field in the Administration, ‘Fields’ tab.

[NEW]  Person ID

  • The additions of ‘Person ID’  field to be available in Users’ ‘Data’ tab and Reports. Also, able to toggle viewing of the field in the Administration, ‘Fields’ tab.

[IMPROVEMENTS] Events

  • When a user changes an event to or from private (for a specific unit) a warning message will appear if any attendees are from outside of the Unit. These then must be removed to continue.
  • Under the ‘Attendees’ tab within an Event, the list of attendees is now sorted by; ‘Last name’, ‘First name’ as opposed to by date of addition to the event
  • The addition of 'Contact Details' fields in an Event Overview. These contact fields automatically fill when selecting 'Contact Person' if the information is available. 
  • An expansion of the dialogue window when adding or inviting people to an event. This addition includes the ability to search for individuals and those within a specific unit. The user is also able to add multiple people easily to an event
  • Filters have been added to the ‘Attendees’ tab within the Events overview. Users can now filter by Unit and have an option to also filter by subunits. 

[IMPROVEMENTS] Units

  • The field ‘IBAN’ has become a required field instead of the ‘Account Number’ field in a Unit’s profile under the Bank Account’s tab.
  • Columns in the ‘Unit’ reports section has been changed to be more consistent with the look of the platform.
  • When makes changes to registrations, users are sorted via their Date of Registration.

[IMPROVEMENTS] General

  • Most checkboxes (except radial buttons) now except clicking on the appropriate text as well as the checkbox itself.

 

Bug Fixes

  • Fix to the overlapping of words in the event description box.
  • Fix to ‘Qualification Type’ being mapped incorrectly.
  • Fix to an Error 500 screen when registering a new member.
  • Fix to an Error 500 when attempting to export data from the ‘Export’ tab within a Unit.
  • Fix to being unable to search via ‘Unit’ when adding users to an event.
  • Fix to registration email not being sent
  • Fix to an Error 500 when creating a new event.
  • Fix to were changing a ‘Contact Person’ within an event would not change contact details automatically if available.
  • Fix to a NULL text in the ‘Registrations’ tab of a unit.
  • Fix to picture mapping incorrectly within the ‘Awards’ tab of Administration Settings 
  • Fix to ‘Go to Legal Guardian’ button not working
  • Fix to the incorrect status change when deleting a person.
