Improvements

  • Change Unit name to full in filters
    • Update to show the entire Unit’s name’s when filtering rather than the shorter version.
  • The ability to restore a Deleted Person
  • The addition of Membership data to the Membership tab of a Unit.
  • Removal of permission to 'Print', bulk registrations, from being visible when selecting user type permissions.

Bugs

  • Award Mapping – Award type and name were not appearing correctly.
  • Paging not applied in events – List of people was loading on the same page rather than in separate pages.
  • Registration mail no sent – Email not being sent when registering a new member.
  • Restoring Members still not working – Able to restore a deleted person
  • After deleting a member he is still visible in the parent’s profile
  • Error 500 when adding Qualifications – When adding any qualification an error occurred.
  • Exporting GDPR consents not working
  • Allocation fixes were not applied – Several fixes to members allocations were not fixed, causing different effects.
  • Mapping in qualifications – Only one type of qualification is displayed regardless of the type chosen.
  • Order mapping in Functions – the same function showed no matter which is chosen.
  • Mapping in awards still not fixed – improvement to differentiate between ‘Award Type’ and Award Name in creation and editing.
  • After fixing filtering by ranks none of the ranks are visible
  • Filter ‘function’ stopped working on pre-prod environment
  • Now after inviting parent email is not sent
  • Adding new order during member move/add membership – When performing a move or membership change and selecting a new order, the list comes from the original unit and not the new target.
  • Problem with restored user – Unable to activate a restored user.
  • Deleted Members – Unable to locate certain members within a unit when ‘Deleted’ Unable to determine why access is impossible and why they are marked as ‘Deleted’.
  • Date of birth required when editing LG name/surname 
  • EMPTY href in order URL 
  • GDPR consents are not in separate lines at it was on pre-prod 
  • Filter for active units in reports not working in some cases 
  • After pressing the "back" button the user is redirected to the wrong place – When moving you should be taken back to the current tab however you are moved to another. 
  • When you try to change the qualification category you get an error 500 – When bulk applying qualifications you get a 500 Error.
  • Wrong mapping in awards – Incorrect award displayed when adding the award to a person. 
  • Scout ranks - active status not working in reports – Should only consider ‘Active’ ranks in filters. 
  • LG changes no applied
  • Fee Types not matching – Translation error when observing Fee Types in the Polish Language.
  • Wrong calculations in statistics 
  • Problem with logging in for some users 
  • Error Screens – Multiple instances of Error Screens. 
  • Error screen - link to resend the activation email on the login page
  • Numbers in statistics export saved as text – Change to save export as numbers within fields. 
  • Cannot access people module – Error when trying to access the People Module.
  • Deleting members not working
  • Not changing Unit statuses when terminating Unit – Unit does not change to inactive when termination date is set. Problem is then caused in reports when filtering ‘Inactive’.
  • It is not possible to create the new registration
  • 500 Error when using reports – When using filters for Qualifications or Awards an error is thrown.
