Improvements and New features of system Tee-pee

[NEW]  More consistent use of role / authority terms:

  • Administration / Settings: Unit Permissions  section renamed  User Roles in the unit. Modified and unified term Roles / permissions in the section: Assignment of user roles to persons, in the unit on the tab User roles: messages, three-point menu, ...
    (The role contains specific permissions - we assign roles that contain specific permissions / groups of permissions). (Read more in the chapter ADMINISTRATION - SETTINGS / Administration of user roles.)

[IMPROVEMENT] Reduce required fields in ‘Add LG’ form

  • Change made to streamline the ‘Add LG’ form.
  • Only First name, surname, and email is now required
  • Error messages have also been extended with the following: ‘’You can invite the parent to the system to make this field optional.’’      

[IMPROVEMENT] Migrate org unit functions history records to membership history records for CORE

  • Change style of recording org unit functions history from two records per start date and end date to one as currently is with org-unit memberships history

[IMPROVEMENT] Rename Permission

  • Renamed ‘Edit’ to ‘Modify’ in Org Unit Settings and Registration Settings.

 

[IMPROVEMENT] Scout Rank – Active Status

  • After migration, all ranks were classed as active causing an issue when creating statistics. This has been resolved.

Bugs

  • Field was appearing in SK version.
  • Unit Path not displayed Properly
  • Change made to correct the names of the columns with the reports section.
  • The ‘Age Group’ chart’s colours were changed to the correct ones.
  • Change to how Users are sorted in search.
  • Renaming field that was previously unclear.
  • Change made to input the correct information into the ‘Order’ field as part of a Termination
