A user with a Tee-Pee account, a User Role within the Unit, and permission on Notifications ON will receive an email whenever someone in Tee-pee with the right set of permissions:

  • Creates a new Unit
  • Changes the Unit function assignment
  • User registration link expires
  • User revokes consent

Users can set the frequency of sending notifications for each type of notification separately:

  • Never (predefined selection).
  • Every time - the notification is sent when the change occurs. (Frequency not available for Notification type - User registration Link expired).
  • Daily - at a predefined time (currently at 3:00 the next day), a "bulk email" will be sent with a list of changes for the previous day.
  • Weekly - at a predefined time (always on Monday at 3:00, when the system summarizes the previous week from Monday to Sunday), a "bulk email" will be sent, which will contain a list of changes.

Notifications are primarily disabled. They should be turned on as needed. However, in the Administration/Settings/Notification is an option to turn on the notification type automatically for users with a Role.

When a role is assigned to a user, the notification with this setting will be turned on automatically for the user and the frequency of notification is preset to Daily. If the user turns off this notification and another role is assigned to him, the notification will be turned on again.
