In case a user forgets their username or password, click "Can't access your account?"

After confirming either a valid Registered email address or Username in the Request Credentials window, the user will receive a Verification email with instructions for resetting the password.

Please note, that if a person got blocked due to 5 wrong login attempts, a password reset will not be possible. To unblock the account, please contact the Unit Administrator, who should be able to unblock it.

The new password must consist of; a minimum of 8 characters including at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, and a number. After creating a new password, the user can continue to log in as normal.
