Improvements and New features of system Tee-pee

[NEW] LEGAL GUARDIAN FUNCTIONALITY EXPANSION

Adding a new person to the Unit (Profile>LegalGuardian)

  • New option on how to add a new person to the Unit: Member registration and Legal Guardian Invitation. This will allow registration of a new person via Legal Guardian who will fill in the registration form and can also at the same time create a Tee-Pee account if you select to invite them to Tee-Pee at this step (or you can do it later from the person's profile / Legal Guardians tab). This option will be available when the person you are adding is below the age set as „Parental details removal age“.

 

  • The system validates if the Legal Guardian’s email is/is not already used in the system as someone else’s registration email. The system offers an option to either choose this existing person or create a new one.

Adding and inviting Legal Guardian from a person’s profile (Profile>LegalGuardian)(LogintotheSystem>GettingInvitedtoTeePee)

  • The possibility to add a Legal Guardian was extended with an option to choose from existing people with a tee-pee account or creating a new Legal Guardian.

  • Newly added Legal Guardian from a person’s profile can be then invited to the system later on via the three-dots menu next to the Legal Guardian’s record.

Legal Guardian’s profile (Profile>Data/LegalGuardian)

  • The profile of Legal Guardians who are not members of the organisation contains the tabs Data, Contacts, Settings, and Children. Legal Guardians who are also members of the organisation, they also see other tabs as well, depending on the permissions.
  • Legal Guardians with the Tee-Pee account can switch between the profile of their children from their profile. They can see and edit the content of the tabs based on their permissions and settings in the Administration / Settings / Personal Data.
  •  If the connection between the child and Legal Guardian is disconnected (by using the action „Delete“ from person’s profile / Legal Guardian tab) or the child reached the age set as „Parental details removal age“, Legal Guardian’s account will be blocked.
  • Legal Guardian who wants to become a member can be added to a Unit by using the „Restore“ action in Legal Guardian’s profile.

Tabs (Profile>Children)

  • A new tab in a person’s profile: Children. The “Children” tab displays a list of people who are linked to the Legal Guardian’s profile. No actions are available for this tab, only displaying persons connected with the given Legal Guardian. If there are no children, the tab won’t be visible.
  • A new tab in the Unit profile: Legal Guardians. The “Legal Guardians “displays a list of Legal Guardians who have been invited/created a Tee-pee account and whose accounts are linked to children who are members of this Unit or its subordinate Units. If there are no Legal Guardians connected with a certain Unit, this tab won’t be visible.
  • The actions in the list of Legal Guardians are identical to the actions in the "Users" tab in the Unit profile.

People section

Legal Guardians can be found in the list of People in the People section as inactive people if they are not members of the organisation.

Permissions (Permissions>People)

  • Users in the Unit. If the person has this permission, the person has also access to the „Legal Guardians“ tab in the Unit profile.
  • Legal Guardians. Under the Legal Guardians permission group are two new permissions:
    • Invite Legal Guardian (from person’s profile, Legal Guardians tab)
    • Children tab that allows displaying this tab.

Forms (LogintotheSystem>GettingInvitedtoTeePee)

New registration forms and automatic emails have been created for Legal Guardians. The text of the emails can be changed in the Administration / Settings / Emails. 

[NEW] GDPR: MONITORING WHO GAVE / REVOKED THE CONSENT (Profile>GDPR)

Besides displaying the date of granting/revoking Consent, now it is possible to also see who has given the consent.

Bug fixing

  • Registrations - a person can be twice registered in the same period: The global solution to the problem of the possibility to register one person for several registration periods was the cancel of the possibility to reopen an already rejected registration.
  • When editing a membership in a Unit - the record for the field in the Unit looks as if it was editable.
  • List of registered persons for the event - bad display of the status Deleted.
  • Export of event participants - a person without address displays in the field "null, null, null".
  • Bad display of the legend in the event statistics.
  • Impossibility to delete an achievement, a qualification, and awards even if not used in the system.
  • The long name of the event and scattered buttons in the detail of the event.
  • Event detail - broken arrow “back” to the list Events after trying to delete an event.

  • Modifications to the person restoring process
  • Restoration of persons who have been excluded from the organisation
  • Possibility to change the type of achievement/qualification/award
  • Possibility to add a category of awards and education
  • Displays the hierarchy of the primary unit next to the person's name
  • New filter Reports - Units  (active/inactive) and People (active / inactive)
