Please note that most of the major changes were released in the 1.4.0 version and this is a minor version related to already released 1.4.0 version.

Improvements and New features of system Tee-pee

ADMINISTRATION

  • [NEW] History tab permission. This permission allows a user to display the History tab in the Unit. The superiority of the functionality of hiding and showing tabs in the Administration / Unit data is kept.

PERMISSIONS

  • Permissions updates related to membership termination
    • [STAYED] When the “End membership” permission (“People under Unit” permission group) is granted, users see the "Terminate membership" option in the three dots menu in the People tab of a Unit.
    • [UPDATE] When the “Cancel” permission (“Person membership is granted, users see in person´s Membership tab the "Delete Membership" option in the three dots menu of Membership records. This membership lost the ability to allow terminating membership from the person’s profile, in the three dots menu.
    • [NEW] To the permission group “Delete and restore persons” was added permission “Terminate membership in the organisation”. When this permission is granted, only then an option to “Terminate person in organisation” would show in a person’s profile, in the three dots menu.

NOTIFICATIONS

  • [NEW] Turn on automatically for the user with a role.  In the Administration/ Settings/ Notification is now possible to turn on the notification type automatically for users with a Role. When a role is assigned to a user, the notification with this setting will be turned on automatically for the user. If the user turns off this notification and another role is assigned to him, the notification will be turned on again.

TRANSLATIONS 

  • [UPDATE] Additions and updating of translations related to new functionalities and existing functionalities. 

Bug fixing

  • DISPLAY  >  Icon (+) in events had bad placement.
  • DISPLAY  > Checkbox is marked after bulk action is done. It is necessary to unmark and marked again. Correct action: Checkbox is not marked.
  • PERSON > After deleting a person from TeePee, fix deactivation of lines that were directly related to this person: registration link, account activation, password reset.
  • PERSON  > A person who was displayed in the People tab in the Unit but was a member or the subunits had an action “terminate” membership available in the three dots menu. Not correct behavior.
  • PERMISSION > Fixing of action related to permission group “People under Unit” > “End Membership”.
