Please note that most of the major changes were released in the 1.4.0 version and this is a minor version related to the already released 1.4.0 version.

Improvements and New features of system Tee-pee

REPORTS

  • [NEW] For the Reports section: a new parameter Maximum number of records in the data export has been added to the Administration/Settings/System/System settings, which extends the original functionality: possibility to display and export max. 1000 records, partly Reports. The Organisation can manage how many records they wish to export. 

CONSENTS  (Profile>GDPR)

  • [NEW] GDPR consents withdraw  vs membership in organisation
  • If the user himself or the authorized person with the permission for editing the consents of a particular person will want to withdraw the granted consent, which is obligatory: 
    A dialog box will appear informing you that mandatory consent is a condition for membership in the organization and, if the consent is revoked, the person's membership in the organization will be terminated (Termination in the organisation action was introduced in 1.4.0 version). All other consent related functionalities remained the same.  

DROPDOWN COMBINED WITH AUTOCOMPLETE 

  • [IMPROVEMENT] For some dropdown lists in the system (so-called Select lists): Functions, Education and Awards - when adding new records to a person for these records: added the ability to select from the list or search directly concrete Function, Education or Award by name. 

SEARCH USERS BY REGISTRATION EMAIL OR CONTACT EMAIL 

  • [IMPROVEMENT] In the People section, People in the Unit tab, User Role, and Function tab it is now possible to search people by their registration email or contact email. 

TRANSLATIONS 

  • [UPDATE] Additions and updating of translations related to new functionalities and existing functionalities. 

Bug fixing

  • INFORMATION MESSAGES > Correction and modification of selected information messages displayed in the system. (Slovak language mutation)
  • REPORTS  > Correction of Awards feed, and search in the Reports. 
  • REGISTRATIONS > Correction of incorrect feed of deleted persons into Registrations  
  • STATISTICS > Fixed display of statistics (Statistics tab) in Unit profile
